Yes, it works, but not the greatest. I think it was already too much worn when I bought it used. I have replaced the sanding disc - the original was very worn and wobbly. The disc is still a litte wobbly, so I would need to get a new spindle. I can get new parts for the sander, but then I soon can buy a new one for the cost of spare parts. The belt sander has not been a problem, only the disc.
Be aware that such a small sander is not very powerful, you can easily stall the motor when using the belt sander. And a shop vac or dust collector is a must if you don't want dust all over the shop.
